Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the estimate or invoice. Late payments may result in delays or additional fees.3. Changes and Additional Work: Any additional work or changes requested after the project begins may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.4. Project Timeline: Estimated timelines are subject to change due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions.5. Permits and Approvals: Unless otherwise stated, the client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals.6. Site Conditions: The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the worksite. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden issues.7. Warranty: We provide a limited workmanship warranty. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by others.8. Liability: We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.9. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The client is responsible for payment for all work completed and all material purchased up to the termination date.10. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. By accepting an estimate or signing a contract, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
